Apple Crunch Wrap

Perfect for lunch on the go, this wrap is also tasty with nut butter in place of the sunflower butter. Take crunch to the next level!

Ingredients

  • 1 spinach tortilla
  • 1/4 cup sunflower butter
  • 2 Tbsp. granola
  • 1 Tbsp. brown rice crisps
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 apple, cored and thinly sliced
  • Fresh Thyme ground cinnamon

Directions

Spread the center third of the tortilla with sunflower butter. Sprinkle with granola and crispy rice puffs. Top
with celery and apple. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll up. Cut in half and serve. Or wrap in plastic wrap and
refrigerate or keep chilled (in a lunch bag) until serving.
